Dive In!  The Chili Tastes Great!

With Superbowl Sunday just around the corner, Cincinnati Bengals Tight End C.J. Uzomah made an extraordinary bet.  If the Bengals win, he’s taking a bath in Skyline Chili, a local Cincinnati favorite.  When asked by a reporter, C.J. took it one step further.

“Put it in a swimming pool and I’ll dive in there.  And, eat my way out.”  Click the triangle below to hear the statement.

We’d Pay To See It

C. J. Uzomah had a career season and a splash in a chili-filled swimming pool would be the icing on the cake.  Or, the cheese on top of the chili?  Either way, Uzomah’s 493 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns helped the Bengals get to their third Superbowl appearance.

Eat In or Carry Out

Skyline Chili has been a favorite in the Cincinnati area since 1949 when Greek immigrant Nicholas Lambrinides opened his first restaurant on a hilltop with a great view of the cityscape.

With no Texas teams involved, we’d have to cheer for the swimmer.  Go Bengals!
